As I prepare for a complete overhaul of the gear from forge, sew, and craft, I’ve made a few small gigantic changes to the resources you use to build.
The basic buildings still use sticks, logs, and rocks.
More advanced buildings use bricks, lumber, nails, and stone blocks.
Clay bricks are made using the “craft” command, and you require any fire source (“light tree”). They will craft much faster in a potter building.
Lumber is made by using the “saw” command in a lumber yard.
Nails can be forged from iron ingots, which are smelted from iron ore.
Stone blocks are quarried from quarries.
Of course, you could always just have your workforce do it.
